The Question:
Is it time to look for a new job? I enjoy my day-to-day work, I like my immediate teammates and boss, and, most importantly, I find my work really meaningful in supporting a cause I care a lot about. However, there is no path for growth, promotion, or raises, and I have some dislike of upper management. Do I stay where I am comfortable but might stagnate or feel undervalued? Or do I put the time and energy into trying to find something better in this tough job market?
