AKA The Broken Heart Spread

It’s time for Stella to get her groove back. Stand in your strength, find your way, be your best self. This is one to use when you’ve been knocked down and want to get back up again, just like Chumbawumba. We used the story of a fighter in a ring as a structure for this spread, just to give you a mental image to work from.
